SIGNAL RATIO INC. provides Voice Cursor. We will issue a full refund for every Voice Cursor transaction when you submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. No reason is required.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
The 14-calendar-day refund window applies to every Voice Cursor transaction, including an initial purchase and each subscription renewal.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team using the link below. Include the email address used for your purchase and any available transaction details. Submit your request within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges. Cancellation alone does not start a refund; submit a separate refund request within the 14-calendar-day window.
5. Refund Processing
The full refund will be returned to the original payment method. Access to the refunded Voice Cursor purchase ends when the refund is issued.
